At Plentees we want you to love what you order.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit only in their original condition (New, unused, unworm, unwashed ) All garment & productos tags must be still attached to the item. When sending returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why. Please contact us via email first before you send any returns back.

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number - if applicable - with the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit.

All returns must be made within 5 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.

The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt.
